• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or intimidating other users of the Service.
• Impersonating any person or entity, including employees or representatives of Racing Limits.
• Falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Using cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Selling, trading, or transferring access to your account or virtual items received from the use of the Service.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Racing Limits and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Racing Limits.

All game assets, including but not limited to cars, tracks, environments, logos, sound effects, music, and game mechanics are the property of Racing Limits or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Service may include virtual currency, points, or other virtual items or features that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual currency and items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services.
• Virtual currency and items are licensed, not sold, to you, and you receive only a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service.
• We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, or remove any virtual currency or items without any liability to you.
• The purchase of virtual currency or items is final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall Racing Limits, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Racing Limits, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
